In collaboration with the Critical Thinking Consortium (TC²), OPSOA’s Creating Thinking Systems podcast series features OPSOA members reflecting on their journeys toward more coherent, intentional, and critically thoughtful systems.

Across the series, Usha James, Executive Director of TC², sits down with senior education leaders to explore how a critical inquiry approach supports system improvement, strengthens team alignment, and deepens the use of data in school and district planning. Conversations focus on the real work of leadership — examining practice, monitoring progress, and making thoughtful adjustments in pursuit of system goals.
